An obvious question that you ask of someone gets a blank stare today. It is not because they do not understand. What puzzles them is that you do not have the answer already. We all make assumptions, even on a daily basis. By such means are bad communications passed on. Go back to basics today and act only on what you know to be true. The first thing that you will notice is a lack of conflict.
