Growth starts on a very personal level today, but it is not without pain. Emotions are sensitive but, with slow and careful discussions, agreement can be reached. Of course, that means accepting that someone else has a valid point, which doesn't sit well with independent you! Flexibility really is worth its weight in gold at the moment, and that is a rising commodity also!
